    Yoga for Kids happens 4 times a week at One CommUnity Center – Here, our young yogis and yoginis sing "My Own Spirit" with instructor Greta Hauberg of ONE Yoga. Grounded Families yoga is a fun, joyful and peaceful way to move together mindfully. Our classes present an opportunity to cultivate emotional and physical connections within your family and the community.
